b3 Metabolic makeover

When building an effective training program, it is imperative to incorporate sound principles and variables that will maximize your health benefits and minimize the risk for injury, overworked muscles, and over training. The Metabolic Makeover is built to get lean, get strong, and get in better shape! 


The program is broken down into four phases. This combination will not only improve strength & power, but build a leaner and healthier you! Through an effective periodization scheme, we are able to take many of the pitfalls that are encountered in the fitness arena:
