Macronutrients and micronutrients are two words that are thrown around a lot now a days when it comes to nutrition and weight loss, but what do they really mean?  That is what we will be diving into with this program.  the Sections we will be covering are:

  • what macronutrients are

  • what/how much of each macronutrient to consume

  • what micronutrients are

  • what to consume for each micronutrient

  • when certain micronutrients should be consumed or avoided
